Job Title: Drilling Supervisor

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Drilling Supervisor to join our team. As a Drilling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the drilling operations on our drilling sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and industry standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise the drilling process to ensure that all objectives are met within budget and on schedule
• Oversee the drilling crew and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and ensure that all necessary maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and other team members to develop drilling plans and make any necessary adjustments
• Manage and track drilling costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Prepare and submit daily reports on drilling progress, cost, and any issues or incidents that may arise
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain best practices for drilling operations to improve efficiency and safety
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure a high level of competency and safety awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and industry regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work in remote locations and on a flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
