Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be to create engaging and effective learning materials for our employees and clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to ensure that our curriculum meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop a curriculum that meets the needs of our organization.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our curriculum is up-to-date and relevant.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, such as presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and other resources.
• Utilize instructional design principles to design effective learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
• Manage the entire curriculum development process, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Work closely with the instructional design team to incorporate visual and interactive elements into the curriculum to enhance learner engagement.
• Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure that the curriculum is effectively delivered and meets the desired learning outcomes.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of the curriculum.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum based on feedback from learners, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and instructional design techniques to continuously improve the quality of our curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials for various delivery methods.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficient in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
