Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
Monitor and ensure the satisfaction of guests throughout their dining experience
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Prepare and serve drinks, appetizers, and entrees
Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Uphold company standards and policies at all times
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to remember guest orders and preferences
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
