Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes to optimize operations and improve efficiency
Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ to create automation scripts and programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for automation
Identify areas for automation and conduct feasibility studies to determine potential benefits and ROI
Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities
Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems and processes
Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of automated systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes and systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering or a similar role
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with automation tools and technologies such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Puppet
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining automated systems and processes
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and techniques
