Job Title: Complementary Therapist

As a Complementary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to our clients by incorporating a variety of alternative healing techniques into their treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize a range of complementary therapies such as massage, acupuncture, aromatherapy, reflexology, and meditation to address physical, emotional, and mental health concerns
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate client records and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and provide resources for continued wellness
• Stay up-to-date on current research and trends in complementary therapy to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance your professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Complementary Therapy or related field
• Certification or licensure in at least one complementary therapy modality
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Complementary Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and alternative healing methods
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients
• Proficient in maintaining accurate and confidential records
