About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venture Capital Partner to join our growing team. As a Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our investment strategy and working closely with our portfolio companies to help them achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategy, including identifying new investment opportunities and evaluating potential risks and returns
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capital firms to source new investment opportunities
• Negotiate deal terms, including equity stakes, valuation, and exit strategies
• Work closely with portfolio companies to provide guidance and support on business strategy, operations, and fundraising
• Monitor and track performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance on growth strategies
• Manage investor relations, including reporting on fund performance and communicating with limited partners
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and network with potential investment partners
• Collaborate with other Partners to make investment decisions and manage overall fund performance
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and facilitating their professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or related field
• Proven track record of successful investments and exits
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and due diligence processes
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Passion for entrepreneurship and supporting early-stage companies
• Willingness to travel as needed
