Job Title: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our innovative and dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning solutions that meet the training needs of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, a passion for creating engaging learning experiences, and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, simulations, and job aids
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Manage the development and delivery of training materials, ensuring they are on-time and within budget
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design and e-learning technologies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and maintain the quality and consistency of training materials
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training programs
• Monitor and maintain the learning management system to ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure trainers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver effective training programs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning technologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Lectora
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Experience with learning management systems and content management systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
