We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wine & Spirits Tasting Room Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tasting room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and spirits, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful tasting room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the tasting room, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for guests, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive and memorable experience.
• Train and supervise tasting room staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and equipped to provide excellent service to guests.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the tasting room experience, such as new products, events, or processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in the wine or spirits industry.
• Strong knowledge and passion for wine and spirits, with the ability to educate and engage guests.
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
