Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional design team to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct research on current educational trends, best practices, and standards to ensure our curriculum is up-to-date and effective.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other materials to support student learning.
• Review and evaluate existing curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary updates.
• Train and support teachers and staff in implementing new curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with school leadership and other stakeholders to ensure curriculum meets the needs of our diverse student population.
• Monitor and analyze data on student progress and performance to make data-driven decisions for curriculum improvement.
• Stay current on industry developments and advancements in curriculum design and share this knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design principles, educational trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop engaging and effective curriculum materials.
• Experience with data analysis and using data to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
