Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic education team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality curriculum materials for our educational programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to design and develop engaging and effective curriculum that meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and instructional strategies for our educational programs
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities, that align with learning objectives and promote student engagement
• Conduct research on best practices in curriculum development and integrate innovative and effective teaching methods into our programs
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives
• Work closely with the instructional design team to develop multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and communicate the value and effectiveness of our curriculum to potential students and partners
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in education to continuously improve our curriculum and ensure its relevance and effectiveness
• Facilitate trainings and workshops for teachers and instructors on using our curriculum materials and implementing effective teaching strategies
• Conduct assessments and gather feedback from students and instructors to continuously improve and refine our curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in using instructional design software, such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in education and curriculum development
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and other team members
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to creating high-quality and effective curriculum materials that promote student success
