Job Title: Telecommunications Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various telecommunications projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for various telecommunications projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective utilization.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within allocated funds.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex telecommunications projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• PMP certification is a plus.
