Job Overview: As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and effective curriculum that meets the academic standards and objectives of our institution. You will work closely with our academic team to ensure that our curriculum is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the academic team to identify learning objectives and create a curriculum that addresses these objectives.
• Conduct thorough research on current educational trends and best practices in curriculum development.
• Analyze data and feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in our curriculum.
• Develop and maintain a curriculum review process to ensure that our curriculum is regularly updated and improved.
• Design and implement assessments to measure student learning and progress.
• Create instructional materials, lesson plans, and activities that align with the curriculum.
• Train and support teachers in the implementation of the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the curriculum is integrated across all subjects and grade levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Attend educational conferences and workshops to continually enhance curriculum development skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and development principles.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Experience with data analysis and using data to inform curriculum decisions.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in the use of technology in education.
• Passion for education and commitment to continuous improvement.
