We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Repair Technician to join our team and help us provide exceptional services to our customers.

Job Overview: As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electronic devices. This includes smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other electronic gadgets. You will use your technical expertise to identify and fix issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, ordering and managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electronic devices such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets.
• Perform repairs on devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware and software issues.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on repaired devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Interact with customers to understand their device issues and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide estimates and recommendations for device repairs, including cost and time required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques to improve efficiency and quality of repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
