Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain process. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality raw materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure production schedules are aligned with supply chain timelines.
• Utilize supply chain management software to track and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Review and analyze data to forecast demand and make recommendations for inventory levels and production schedules.
• Proactively identify and resolve any supply chain issues to minimize disruptions and maintain a smooth flow of operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulations to anticipate potential impacts on the supply chain process.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate supply chain performance and present recommendations for improvements to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
