Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various education programs within our organization. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as a passion for education and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and design curriculum accordingly.
• Manage program budgets and ensure that all expenses are within allocated funds.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of educators and mentors for the programs.
• Coordinate with schools and other educational institutions to promote and facilitate program participation.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the programs.
• Analyze program data and provide reports to management on program outcomes and impact.
• Stay updated on the latest education trends, techniques, and resources to continuously improve program offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in regards to education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program coordination and management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with education curriculum development and evaluation methods.
