Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement curriculum for various educational programs, including but not limited to K-12, higher education, and professional development courses
Collaborate with instructional design team to ensure curriculum materials are aligned with company's goals and standards
Conduct research on best practices in curriculum development and stay up-to-date with current educational trends
Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences for students
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary revisions to improve student learning outcomes
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum content
Provide training and support to instructors on how to effectively use curriculum materials
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote educational programs and attract new students
Attend conferences and professional development workshops to continuously improve curriculum development skills and knowledge
Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for curriculum development projects
Maintain accurate records and documentation of curriculum materials and revisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using technology and instructional software
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Creative and innovative thinking
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
