Job Title: Craft Workshop Facilitator

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Craft Workshop Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and love for various crafting techniques and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating hands-on workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design engaging and interactive workshops that cater to different skill levels and interests
• Source and prepare materials and supplies needed for workshops
• Create detailed workshop outlines and lesson plans
• Lead workshops in a professional and enthusiastic manner, ensuring all participants are engaged and learning
• Provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations of crafting techniques
• Offer individualized support and guidance to participants as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
• Manage workshop logistics, including setup and cleanup
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace, ensuring all equipment and materials are handled properly
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve workshop content and processes
• Keep up-to-date with current crafting trends and techniques
• Promote workshops through various marketing channels to attract new participants
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve future workshops

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or facilitating craft workshops
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in various crafting techniques such as painting, drawing, sewing, and paper crafts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for workshops
• Experience with event planning and marketing is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
