Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that curriculum aligns with company goals and objectives.
Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify gaps in current curriculum and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and incorporate them into our programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance curriculum offerings.
Ensure that curriculum meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Train and support instructors on curriculum implementation and delivery.
Continuously evaluate and improve curriculum based on student feedback and performance data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development.
Strong knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories.
Experience with learning management systems and other instructional technologies.
Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
