Flight Attendant

Upon hire, all Flight Attendants will undergo extensive training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. This training will cover topics such as emergency procedures, first aid and CPR, customer service, and aircraft equipment and systems.

Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants. As a Flight Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members while on board the aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers
• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the aircraft
• Attend to passengers' needs during the flight, including serving meals and beverages
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft cabin
• Respond to any emergency situations or medical incidents that may arise during the flight
• Adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies and procedures
• Continuously provide exceptional customer service and address any passenger concerns or complaints
• Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient flight experience for all passengers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to work in the country of employment
