Position: Technical Product Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of our company's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for driving innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify product opportunities
• Create detailed product requirements and specifications based on user needs and business objectives
• Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of products
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, features, and enhancements
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to continuously improve product quality
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for product updates and enhancements
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve product offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends and advancements
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve product goals
• Product management certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing, are a plus.
