Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Azure-based solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to streamline workflows
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and trends, and proactively suggest improvements to existing solutions
Communicate with clients to gather feedback and provide technical support as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions
Strong knowledge of Azure services including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Active Directory
Experience with automation and configuration management tools, such as PowerShell, Azure Automation, and ARM templates
Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus
