Overview: ArtistryCrafts Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Arts & Crafts Instructor to join our team. As an Arts & Crafts Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with students of all ages, and inspire them to explore their own creativity. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans for various art forms including painting, drawing, sculpting, and mixed media
• Teach and guide students of all ages and skill levels in a fun and engaging manner
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students to express their creativity
• Provide demonstrations and instructions on proper techniques and use of materials
• Plan and organize art projects and materials needed for classes
• Monitor and assist students with their projects, providing feedback and encouragement
• Collaborate with other instructors to develop new and innovative classes and workshops
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized art studio
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current art trends and techniques
• Follow safety protocols and ensure the safety of all students at all times
• Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and upcoming classes
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for the art studio
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching art classes to students of all ages
• Strong background in various art forms such as painting, drawing, sculpting, and mixed media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for teaching and inspiring others
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must pass a background check
