Position: Blackjack Dealer

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and professional Blackjack Dealer to join our dynamic team at our exciting and fast-paced casino. As a Blackjack Dealer, you will be responsible for facilitating table games, managing bets, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong knowledge of the game, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Conduct games of Blackjack in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Explain game rules and betting options to new players
• Monitor and handle all bets accurately and efficiently
• Collect and pay out winnings, making correct payouts based on game odds
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
• Ensure game pace is appropriate and keep players engaged
• Handle difficult or disruptive players in a calm and professional manner
• Verify and exchange chips for players
• Ensure the integrity of the game by following proper procedures and rules
• Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
• Keep the gaming area clean and organized at all times
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Blackjack Dealer preferred
• Strong knowledge of the game of Blackjack
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
• Must pass a background check and drug test
