Position: Data Modeler
Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeler to join our team. As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and designing data models that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our data engineering and analytics teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models that support the organization's data needs
- Analyze and understand complex data sets and identify patterns and relationships
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate models
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and meet performance standards
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and issues
- Communicate data model designs to stakeholders and team members
- Conduct data model reviews to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies related to data modeling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques
- Proficient in SQL and experience with data modeling tools
- Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data integration concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
