Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our educational programs. You will work closely with our curriculum team to ensure that our programs are aligned with industry standards and meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: You will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials for our educational programs. This includes creating lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with our program objectives and meet the needs of our students.

Program Evaluation: You will conduct regular evaluations of our educational programs to ensure that they are meeting their intended goals and objectives. This will involve analyzing student performance data, conducting surveys and focus groups, and making recommendations for program improvements.

Training and Support: You will provide training and support to our teachers and staff on the effective implementation of our curriculum. This may include conducting workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and creating resources and tools to support our educators.

Collaboration: You will work closely with our curriculum team, as well as other departments within the organization, to ensure that our programs are aligned with our overall educational goals and objectives. You will also collaborate with external partners and subject matter experts to incorporate best practices and industry trends into our curriculum.

Research and Analysis: You will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and curriculum design, and conduct research and analysis to inform our curriculum development and improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with learning management systems is a plus
