Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders to enhance and expand our educational offerings.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in education to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.
Manage the budget and resources allocated to educational programs, ensuring efficient use of funds.
Provide guidance and support to instructors and volunteers involved in our education programs.
Develop and maintain databases and records to track program participation, outcomes, and feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and communications team to promote and market educational programs to target audiences.
Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program development and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development.
Familiarity with educational technologies and online learning platforms.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
