Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content requirements for curriculum development
Design and develop curriculum that aligns with learning objectives and instructional strategies
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, activities, assessments, and multimedia elements
Utilize various instructional design models and theories to create effective learning experiences
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to continuously improve curriculum content and delivery methods
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in curriculum design and incorporate them into our programs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate with a team of educators, designers, and developers to create high-quality curriculum materials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
