The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in video production and a passion for storytelling through the medium of video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal team members to develop video concepts that align with their goals and objectives.
• Create detailed production plans, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Source and manage external resources, such as crew members, actors, and locations, as needed for each project.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Ensure that all videos are produced within the allocated budget and timeline.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the production of innovative and high-quality videos.
• Oversee the editing process and provide feedback to the editing team to ensure the final product meets the client's expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of video content and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage all video assets, including footage, music, and graphics, and ensure they are properly stored and organized.
• Stay updated with the latest video production technology and equipment and make recommendations for upgrades when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a creative agency or production company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in producing high-quality videos.
• Proficiency in video production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.
• A strong understanding of video marketing and how to create content that resonates with the target audience.
