Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating effective and engaging learning experiences for our employees and clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement innovative training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop interactive and engaging learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, simulations, and job aids
• Utilize instructional design models and theories to create effective and efficient learning experiences
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our training programs
• Ensure all training materials are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible
• Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional strategies to promote learner engagement and knowledge retention
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance our training programs
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide progress updates on training projects
• Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into the design and development process
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective delivery of training materials by facilitators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related role
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning best practices
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS)
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience in designing training for a variety of delivery methods, including online, in-person, and blended learning
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia development is a plus
• Experience in instructional design for software or technical training is a plus
