Job Title: Education Program Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs and initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and community partners, to ensure the success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop targeted programs
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in education
• Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and secure funding and support for education programs
• Recruit, train, and manage program staff and volunteers
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary changes to improve outcomes
• Develop and maintain program documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate program updates and progress to various stakeholders, including senior management and board members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education programs
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization and represent the education programs at events and meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs
• Strong knowledge of education policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in managing budgets and securing funding for programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in using technology and software for program management and reporting
