Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule personal services, such as housekeeping and meal preparation, for clients based on their specific needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and schedules
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner
• Oversee the laundry process, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and garments to clients
• Ensure that all laundry is cleaned and sanitized according to industry standards and company policies
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance or repair needs
• Train and supervise laundry staff to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in their work
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures for various materials and surfaces
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and supplies
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry laundry for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
