Job Title: Database Platform Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Platform Manager to join our growing team. As a Database Platform Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our company's database systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement database solutions that meet the needs of our organization
• Develop and maintain database architecture, including data modeling and schema design
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database software
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
• Collaborate with software developers to optimize database performance for applications
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
• Train and mentor database administrators and other team members

Qualifications:
