Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are up and running, and our network is secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and other related hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Manage and maintain network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's IT systems are protected in the event of a disaster.
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and upgrades into the existing infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT infrastructure and make recommendations for implementing new technologies to enhance the organization's operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong experience with server administration and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Experience with network security and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
