Job Description: As a Destination Specialist at TravelTales, you will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries and providing expert advice and recommendations to our clients. You will be the go-to person for all things related to your assigned destinations, ensuring that our clients have the best travel experiences possible. Your primary role will be to understand our clients' travel needs and preferences, and use your expertise to curate personalized travel plans that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on assigned destinations to stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, activities, and attractions.
• Develop strong relationships with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to negotiate the best rates and ensure high-quality services for our clients.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand our clients' preferences and create customized travel itineraries that align with their needs and budget.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services.
• Coordinate and book all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for our clients.
• Monitor and manage all aspects of travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and issues before, during, and after their trips.
• Continuously review and improve our travel packages, services, and processes to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Destination Specialist, Travel Consultant, or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Extensive knowledge of popular destinations and attractions, as well as emerging travel trends.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and tools.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
