Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute experiments to support biotechnology research projects
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including molecular biology, cell culture, and protein purification, to investigate and characterize biological systems
• Analyze and interpret data, and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to team members and management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Stay current with industry advancements and scientific literature to identify new research opportunities
• Train and mentor junior team members on laboratory techniques and protocols
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a biotechnology research role
• Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA isolation, cloning, and PCR
• Experience with cell culture and protein purification techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Demonstrated track record of scientific publications and presentations
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
