About the Role: Entertainment Hub is seeking a talented and dynamic Talent Booker to join our team. As a Talent Booker, you will be responsible for identifying, booking, and managing talent for various events and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the entertainment industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for discovering new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential talent for events and projects
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, and managers
• Negotiate contracts and fees with talent and their representatives
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of talent bookings, including travel arrangements and logistics
• Collaborate with event planners and production teams to ensure seamless execution of talent involvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and constantly seek out new and emerging talent
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and discover new talent
• Provide excellent customer service to talent and ensure their satisfaction throughout the booking process
• Manage talent budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with marketing and PR teams to promote talent and events
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during talent bookings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in talent booking or talent management
• Strong network and relationships within the entertainment industry
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• Proven track record of successfully booking and managing talent for events
• In-depth knowledge of contract negotiations and industry standards
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and talent booking software
• Willingness to work long and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Passion for discovering new talent and staying updated on industry trends
• Ability to travel for events and talent meetings as required
