Position Title: Data Storage Solution Technician

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States

Overview: As a Data Storage Solution Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data storage solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' data is securely and efficiently stored, backed up, and accessible at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure data storage solutions based on client requirements
• Monitor data storage systems to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues
• Perform regular data backup and restoration tasks to ensure data integrity and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data storage solutions
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain data storage security protocols
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data storage technologies
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding data storage solutions
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to data storage systems to ensure peak performance
• Document all data storage processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data storage management or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of data storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, and object storage
• Proficient in data backup and recovery processes
• Strong understanding of data storage security protocols and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
