Job Description: Pharma Future Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Research Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the development of new pharmaceutical products and improving existing ones. You will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results to support the development of safe and effective drugs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to identify, develop, and optimize new pharmaceutical products
• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, biologists, and clinicians to develop new drug candidates
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and present findings to the team and management
• Write reports and prepare presentations to communicate research findings
• Participate in the development of formulations, dosage forms, and manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards for safety and quality
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during research projects
• Mentor and train junior research staff and provide technical support as needed

Qualifications:

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Biochemistry or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes
• Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and statistical software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements for drug development is preferred
