Job Title: Program Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of new programs to support the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess program needs, create program proposals, and oversee the execution of programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of new programs to support the company's strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program needs and develop program proposals
• Develop program budgets and timelines, and ensure programs are delivered within budget and on time
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program development
• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of programs, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver desired outcomes
• Monitor and report on program progress, identify any issues or challenges, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and best practices are followed
• Provide guidance and support to program staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality programs
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in program development to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
