Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and packaging machines.
Monitor and adjust processing parameters to ensure consistent quality and safety of dairy products.
Conduct routine quality checks and document results accurately.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records of all processing activities.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Train and mentor new employees on processing techniques and safety procedures.
Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management of any shortages.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in dairy science or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dairy processing, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of dairy processing techniques and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
