Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Student Success Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to students to ensure their academic success and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and retention.
• Provide academic and personal counseling to students, addressing any challenges or obstacles they may face.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify students who may require additional support and develop intervention plans.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their progress and provide necessary resources and referrals.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other events to enhance students' academic and personal development.
• Serve as a liaison between students and various departments within the institution to advocate for student needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in student success and higher education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in student services or advising.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students in higher education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathetic and patient, with the ability to provide effective support to students in distress.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with student information systems and data management.
