Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their continued growth and development.
• Develop and implement software development processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, ensuring that software development best practices are followed.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in managing and leading a team of software developers.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• In-depth knowledge of software development tools, such as IDEs, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
