Position Title: ML Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning models to optimize business processes and drive innovation. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge ML solutions that will have a direct impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct research and experiments to identify the best approach for data collection, preprocessing, and model training
• Design and build scalable ML pipelines to process large datasets in real-time
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, and make necessary improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance our current processes and systems
• Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ML Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and data manipulation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality ML solutions
