Job Title: Portrait Photographer

Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Portrait Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing beautiful and meaningful moments through the art of photography. As a Portrait Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality portraits for a variety of clients, including individuals, families, and professionals. Your creativity, technical skills, and ability to connect with clients will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and desired outcome for their portraits
• Conduct pre-shoot consultations to discuss location, wardrobe, and any special requests
• Utilize lighting techniques and camera settings to capture high-quality images
• Guide clients through poses and expressions to achieve natural and authentic portraits
• Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and meet client expectations
• Manage and organize digital files and maintain an efficient workflow
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and creativity
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Portrait Photographer in a professional setting
• Proficient in using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of portrait styles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations for shoots
