Job Summary: As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our products, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure that our products meet the needs of our target market and align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop product concepts and prototypes
• Develop detailed product specifications and manage the product development process from concept to launch
• Conduct product testing and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
• Provide support to the sales team through product training and sales collateral development
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for product improvements or enhancements
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform product development decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the Cosmetics
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
