Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement wireless solutions for clients, including network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Conduct site surveys and network assessments to determine the best wireless solutions for clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized wireless solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor and maintain the health of wireless systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use and maintain their wireless systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our wireless solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
Provide support and assistance to clients with any wireless-related inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless systems design, implementation, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Zigbee.
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting wireless access points, controllers, and routers.
Familiarity with network security protocols, such as WPA2, WEP, and VPN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CWNA, or CWNP, are preferred.
