Job Title: Store Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, team management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to avoid overstocking or stock shortages
• Train and develop team members to improve their product knowledge and sales skills
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase brand loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions
• Oversee the store's budget and ensure expenses are kept within budgetary constraints
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of industry trends and market changes
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
