Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As the Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they are released to our customers. This is a critical role in our company, as the quality of our products directly impacts our reputation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques to identify any defects or issues with products
• Document and report any non-conformities or discrepancies found during inspections
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues
• Create detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections performed
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to improve overall product quality
• Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify potential areas for improvement
• Train and mentor new Quality Control Inspectors on proper inspection techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address any quality concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to product quality and safety

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or related field
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues in products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and other quality control tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with ISO and other quality management systems is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
