Job Description: Anatolia University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Education to join our faculty and contribute to our growing academic community. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in education, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment methods
• Conduct research in the field of education and publish findings in reputable academic journals
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters
• Participate in departmental and university committees and events
• Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and interdisciplinary initiatives

Qualifications:

• PhD in Education or a related field (ABD candidates will also be considered)
• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
• Strong research background with a record of publications in reputable journals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds
