Position: Rental Property Agent

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rental Property Agent to join our team. As a Rental Property Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our rental properties, from finding and screening tenants to handling maintenance requests and ensuring timely rent payments. Your main goal will be to maximize the profitability of our rental properties while providing excellent customer service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine rental rates for properties
• Advertise and market rental properties through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and print
• Screen potential tenants by reviewing their rental applications, credit and background checks, and references
• Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential tenants
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all legal requirements are met
• Collect and process rent payments from tenants, and follow up on any late payments
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs for rental properties, ensuring they are done in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify any potential issues and ensure properties are well-maintained
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting move-in and move-out inspections and processing security deposits
• Stay updated on rental market trends and regulations, and make recommendations to optimize rental property profitability
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of all rental property activities and financial transactions
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the rental experience for tenants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in rental properties
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and Contractors
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid real estate license and driver's license
